Pete Cardinali

Pete Cardinali

Pete Cardinali, a truck driver for our Voorhees Rental Department, was recently featured in the Courier-Post newspaper for his beard. Pete has been driving trucks since the early 80s and has not gone more than 3 months without a beard since he was 15. At age 54, he has only shaved three times since his tour with the US Marine Corps. Though the beard in the picture is not his longest, it took him two and a half years to grow. Pictured here is Pete and his beard in front of his truck:

Barry Hale Jr.

What is it like graduating from college and going to work at Hale Trailer?

It has been a smooth transition so far. I have worked here for the past 4 summers, so I was able to jump right into working knowing all the people and having some background with the equipment. The people here are great to work with. We all have fun every day. Having a friendly and comfortable environment to work in is really one attribute that I feel is overlooked by many companies. Hale Trailer is built on the strong relationships that are shared among employees as well as with its customers. I have watched this company grow for my entire life and I am proud to say that I am now on the team. I am 22 and ready to start making deals and this is one of the best places to do so.
